The InBody provides a quick and easy, non-invasive body analysis that provides essential data for any weight loss and fitness program. After your quick analysis of body composition, you will receive a print out of your measurements including:

Basal metabolic Rate Body fat mass
Body mass index Dry lean mass
Lean body mass Segmental lean analysis
Skeletal muscle mass Total body water
Weight  

**No drinking or eating 2 hours prior to testing

It's only $10 for a complete body composition analysis and print out for you to keep!

Group Exercise

There's nothing like great music, a great instructor and an even greater group of people to get you motivated and make exercising fun! The Y offers a wide variety of classes from beginner to advanced, old-school to new age, soothing to energizing. Even better, group exercise programs are available for free (or for a reduced cost) for all YMCA members!

Our personal training focuses on an approach that is safe, efficient, easy-to-follow and helps you stay motivated. Whatever your goal, our expert personal trainers provide plans, coaching and motivation to help you succeed.


Wellness Challenge Series
Looking for an exciting way to keep motivated with your health and fitness goals? Taking part in our Wellness Challenge Series may be just the solution for you!

Meet fun workout buddies, learn different exercise routines and techniques, or take a new class with support from your fellow Y members as well as dedicated Fitness Center staff. Both team and individual programs are designed to motivate, educate and challenge participants to achieve health and wellness goals. Whether you’re a beginner or expert, there’s something for everyone! For more details please contact your local center.

IDLE IRONMAN                                        March       
Are you one of the many people whose new year’s resolution is to become healthier and fitter in the new year?  We have the perfect program to keep you on track to meeting your goals...Idle Ironman! During this program fitness staff will help program participants plan their workouts to contribute to the distance of an Ironman (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.4 mile run). Sign up and start planning your workouts today and you too can complete the Idle Ironman once, twice or three times!


THE SLIM DOWN CHALLENGE 
                  May
Everyone wants to look and feel their best, but exercising, eating right and losing weight to make that happen isn’t always easy. The Y is here to help with the Slim Down Challenge; teams of four will compete against each other for the highest percentage of improvement in body composition (increase in lean muscle mass and decrease in body fat). Participants will also have exclusive access to workshops designed specifically to help you stay on track. At the end of six weeks, prizes will be

FORTY DAYS OF FITNESS                          July
Hit the gym or hit the deck, are you ready for 40 Days of Fitness? This NEW family/team or individual challenge will get you moving for 40 days. A broad range of activities like swimming, group exercise and even outdoor games count towards this challenge. Push yourself as an individual to complete all 40 fitness challenges or get quality family time and complete the challenge together! Receive weekly emails full of fun fitness tips and ideas.

FALL INTO FITNESS                                 October
Fall can be a great time to change your workouts and try something new. It is the perfect time to take advantage of bringing your workout indoors with Fall Into Fitness. Sign up individually or with a friend. You will be set up on a team led by a Y staff member or a Y member that will fit your exercise schedule during this fun 6-week program. Show us your team spirit this fall at the Y!

HOLIDAY TRIMMINGS CHALLENGE          Thanksgiving-New Year's Day
We all struggle over the holiday season. It seems like everywhere you turn there are cookies, candy or chocolate calling your name. But you don't have to suffer alone. This Holiday Health Challenge isn't a weight loss challenge, it is a weight maintenance challenge. Even better, you will have a chance to win Y prizes just by entering, maintaining and even losing weight this holiday season.
