IDLE IRONMAN March 1-31, 2013
Are you one of the many people whose new year’s resolution is to become healthier and fitter in 2012? We have the perfect program to keep you on track to meeting your goals...Idle Ironman! For four weeks, wellness staff will help program participants plan their workouts to contribute to the distance of an Ironman (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.4 mile run). Hit the gym or hit the deck, are you ready for 40 Days of Fitness? This NEW family/team or individual challenge will get you moving for 40 days.
