GROUP EXERCISE

There's nothing like great music, a great instructor and an even greater group of people to get you motivated and make exercising fun! The Y offers a wide variety of classes from beginner to advanced, old-school to new age, soothing to energizing. We are happy to help you select one that meets your needs, your schedule and your mood. Even better, group exercise programs are available for free (or for a reduced cost) for all YMCA members!

RECESS LAB®

RECESS LAB®, is the only pre-choreographed group fitness program for children ages 6-12 and their parents. Each 45-minute class provides a fun, energetic combination of cardiovascular and strength training, disguised as fun movements and games choreographed to music. No equipment is needed for RECESS LAB® classes. Each week, the instructor will teach students a new routine set to new music. Xercise Disguised as fun!

Y-BEACH CAMP

This one hour sweat session will take you through the sand, wooded trails, and new terrain. Our talented, experienced and certified instructors will coach you through a variety of drills, stations and experiences that will change and increase your level of fitness.
Y Member: $40 per month session
Community Participant: $60

 

BOOT CAMP

Join us outside for a four week session of intense workouts that will shape you up outdoors. Boot camp is designed to help you get into the best shape of your life. Our talented, experienced and certified instructors will coach you through a variety of drills, stations and experiences that will change and expand your level of fitness. New exercises and new terrain are guaranteed to produce awesome results.
